Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

By using the services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement or have received permission from your guardian. Otherwise you should not use the services.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the services is provided through the purchase of tokens. Tokens allow users to generate images using the platform. Payments for tokens are processed through Stripe or other approved payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms of service of the payment processor used.

Make Meme reserves the right to adjust token pricing or bundle sizes at any time, with proper notice to users. Purchased tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire after 12 months of inactivity.

3. Usage

The services are intended for use by anyone eligible to enter into binding contracts. You may use the platform and the content you generate for personal, commercial, or any other lawful purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of the services themselves, including the software or platform infrastructure.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained within the Make Meme services.
• You may not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices or labels from the platform itself.
• You may not use the services for any illegal, unethical, or malicious purposes.

You understand that violation of this agreement will let Make Meme to terminate the agreement. Upon termination you should destroy any copied materials.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Your data is guarded by our privacy policy. Please read our privacy policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Make Meme makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the services. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Make Meme be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

7. Governing Law

These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.

8. Changes to ToS

Make Meme reserves the right to change these ToS at any time, with proper notice to users. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised ToS.
